CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINAR

 

Funeral directors often encounter individuals who want to donate their body for science and research through the University of Kansas Willed Body Program.  This program will re-introduce you to the Willed Body Program and provide you with valuable information on what they do.  Required paperwork and procedures will be discussed along with criteria on conditions which will impact whether bodies will be accepted or declined by the program.

Families are increasingly having more difficulty paying for their funerals. We will uncover how families are finding ways to pay for funeral services and how it is affecting funeral homes.
