This years legislative session bought several changes to Kansas funeral service laws.  Learn how to comply with required preneed disclosures, increases in irrevocable funeral agreement limits, and the licensure of crematory operators.  National issues will also be covered including Red Flag Regulations and recent Federal Trade Commission directives on various issues including the handling of third party merchandise.
