Convention registration includes all CE sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, breaks, and the Exhibit Hall.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 27, 2026. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund of the Convention registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 27, 2026. Submit all cancellation requests via email using the subject line "KFDA Registration Cancellation" to exec@ksfda.org. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Badge sharing or utilization of prior year(s) badge is prohibited.
